Privacy policy

Synergice Inc. ("Synergice", "we") takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, and how we protect it, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Information collected

When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your organization's name, your phone number, your sector, the project type, the estimated budget and the content of your message.

This website uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. One strictly necessary technical cookie is used to secure the form.

Purposes

This information is used only to respond to your request, prepare a service proposal and follow up on our business relationship. It is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Retention and security

Information is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and stored in a secure, access-restricted environment. It is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange if no contract is signed, and then destroyed.

Disclosure to third parties

We may use service providers (hosting, email) that process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. Some of these providers may store data outside Québec; a privacy impact assessment is carried out in that case.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your information, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw your consent by writing to info@synergice.ca. You may also file a complaint with Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information.

Confidentiality incidents

In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the persons concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and keep a register of incidents.
