Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom application cost?
It depends on the scope. A focused internal tool typically starts around $15,000; a more complete platform is planned in phases. The assessment gives you a precise budget before any commitment.
Our data is sensitive. How do you protect it?
Privacy by design: role-based access, logging, encryption and hosting in Canada. We document these measures for your register and your privacy impact assessments (Law 25, Bill 5).
Do you work with organizations without an IT team?
Yes. We explain technical choices in plain language and can take care of hosting, security and maintenance if you wish.
My application still works. Why modernize it?
An application on an unsupported version no longer receives security patches and becomes harder to evolve. An audit assesses the real risk and the cost of a migration.
Who owns the code?
You do. The source code, documentation and access credentials are handed over at the end of each phase.
Do you work remotely?
Mostly, with in-person meetings in Greater Montréal when useful. We serve clients across Québec and Canada.
